These are not actually AM radios, these are .mp3 players loaded with old-time content! They play as if they were radios but they are actually "time machines" that take you back to the era of the old time happy music that got America through the Great Depression and WW II and programs like Fibber McGee and Molly, the Great Gildersleeve, Baby Snooks, and adventure programs like the Cisco Kid. Very simple to use, you just turn the knob and you are there, including old commercials of the day, "ration point" mentions and radio announcements! Several hours of this program content is an integral part of each device. So don't expect to be able to tune in to the chattery jibberish of today's "talk radio" and noise that passes for "music"... these devices take you a different, happier era when America pulled together as a nation that fought and conquered adversity.
